1. Operator and service
SEQ Service Quotes is operated by Nicholas Rossiter, sole trader, ABN 71 526 258 256, Queensland 4213. Business-name registration is pending. Contact mjwr09@gmail.com.
This is a roofing introduction service, not a roofing contractor or QBCC licensee. Browsing does not create an account, place a paid order or book roofing work. Provider applications are currently closed. The quote form is available. Until collection is switched on, a submission is not stored or shared.
These terms, the privacy policy and the provider terms describe the service and, where separately agreed, the purchase of a referral.
2. Using the site
You must have authority to enquire about the property or business you identify. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material.
An enquiry may be declined if it lacks required information or referral consent, or falls outside the published postcodes or supported services. No other homeowner service is being sold through this site.
3. Introductions and roofing work
If referrals become available, provider names, the maximum number of recipients and the fact that SEQ Service Quotes may be paid will be shown before referral consent is requested.
The provider quotes and contracts directly with the customer and is responsible for its work, subject to law. SEQ Service Quotes does not guarantee provider availability, lead volume, a won job, income or a watertight roof.
No licence or insurance check is claimed until it has been recorded. No providers are currently approved. Customer details may be shared only within the referral consent and privacy policy. Providers must not resell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
4. Referral fees
Referral fees are agreed in writing before any referral. A shared referral is capped at two providers. An exclusive referral requires its own written agreement. Shared referral is the default arrangement; selection order is not a quality ranking.
A fee applies only when a provider accepts the lead. Creating an enquiry or holding one without a recipient does not create a charge. There is no minimum volume or promise of how many leads will arrive.
The operator is not registered for GST, so no GST is currently charged. If registration changes, GST will be shown separately on the invoice and will not be folded into the fee agreed in writing.
There is no subscription, automatic monthly renewal, converting trial or automatic add-on. No payment processor is connected and this site does not collect card numbers. A change to a fee applies only after it is agreed in writing, and it does not change the fee for a lead already accepted.
5. Invalid leads and refunds
A provider may request a refund within seven days of delivery by emailing the lead reference and reason to mjwr09@gmail.com. A lead is invalid if it duplicates one already delivered to that provider, falls outside the published postcode or service list, lacks referral consent, has no working supplied contact method, requests a different service, or was not authorised by the person named.
The outcome and reason will be explained. A valid accepted lead does not receive a change-of-mind refund. If a fee is charged and the introduction cannot be delivered, that fee is refunded. Incorrect charges will be investigated promptly.
These provisions do not limit refunds or other remedies required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. Stopping referrals or marketing
A homeowner can withdraw future optional sharing or marketing by emailing the operator. A provider can stop receiving leads at the same address. The request will be confirmed; there is no customer account to cancel.
Withdrawal does not reverse information already shared with consent. The privacy policy explains access, correction and retention.
7. Submitted content
You retain ownership of what you submit. You permit only the storage, matching and consented sharing needed for the referral service. Do not submit another person’s content without authority.
Submitting an enquiry does not authorise training a general-purpose AI model. Website and software rights remain with their owners, subject to applicable licences.
8. Availability and closure
The operator takes reasonable care in running the site but does not guarantee uptime. Planned maintenance will be noted where practicable.
If the service stops without a breach by you, information will be provided about requesting deletion of any enquiry still held. The privacy retention schedule continues to apply.
9. Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Email the operator with what happened and the outcome you seek. The aim is to respond within 30 days. Queensland law applies, subject to mandatory laws and consumer rights. Access to relevant courts, tribunals and regulators is preserved.
10. Changes
Material changes will be published with a new version before applying to a new enquiry. A website edit does not by itself authorise a new fee, additional disclosure or marketing consent.
